Dear Mr. Jang,
This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is to initiate and begin to formalize our
relationship between Raymond Min Hyung Jang (“You/Agent”) with DynaSig Corporation (“DynaSig”).
You are hereby appointed as the DynaSigs Agent for the Bio-Pen products in S. Korea effective
August 15, 2008. The exact scope of the relationship and territory will be determined at a later date in a formal agreement. Some legal formation of a Branch Office or a Subsidiary will be considered.
You are authorized to conduct marketing activities and enter into negotiations on behalf of DynaSig for potential sales and distribution.
This MOU is a non-binding agreement that will become binding upon completion of all relevant legal documents.
