NOTE: First download and install the Agent software. Then connect the Bio-Pen hardware (and follow the instructions to install the driver, if needed). When complete, register your UserID and signature.

Requirements: Bio-Pen Software requires .NET Framework 2.0 or higher and MDAC 2.6 before installing the software. If an error message appears during the software installation, exit the installation, update MDAC and/or .NET Framework and then retry. The .NET Framework and MDAC are available through Windows Update.

| Bio-Pen Software Quick Installation Steps: |
- Click "Download Now" and open the zip file.
- Double-click Setup.exe
- Follow Installation Wizard: Next -> Next -> Next -> Close (Shortcut will be saved to the Desktop)
